I am noticing all around me people are out getting in all the exercise they can. The gym is full and everyone is thinking about that dreaded time of year…..BATHING SUIT SEASON!
Well this year is the first year in 20, yes I said 20 years that I can’t wait to go bathing suit shopping, none of the old ones fit me!!! I am maintaining every one of the 45 poundS I lost in 2009 and loving the new energy I have every day! I am attending Boot Camps at Mission Fitness in Glastonbury. They are great with a small group and really push you to the limit!
The best is in the past four months, after losing the 45 pounds, I now know for sure the MAINTENANCE PLAN WORKS!!! I made it through the holidays, a surgery with rest for 10 weeks and still I have maintained.
